Wellness Studio Policy

By scheduling an appointment you agree to this policy.

Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.  A late arrival may result in a shortened session, so that subsequent clients can keep their scheduled appointment time. Full fees are due regardless of late arrival.

Cancellation policy: Please cancel existing appointments at least 24 hours in advance, so your appointment time can be given to another client. Clients who cancel on the same day of their appointment, or no-show, will be required to pay for the missed appointment, before further appointments can be scheduled. 

With respect to the therapist a clean body without excessive perfume or aftershave is expected.
